I am curious, how do you use coloring books? Do you color by yourself and take a moment for yourself? Or do you color with your children and use coloring for family time? Do you make a social event and color with friends?
Also, coloring is proven to reduce stress. I have read on-line to the benefits of coloring and how it calms the mind but I would like to hear from you and how coloring makes you feel. Does it reduce stress for you?
